Pole Tricks

In Pole Tricks classes you will learn a variety of tricks (shapes using the pole to hold you off the ground) and grounded spins/flows around the pole.

Requirements: NO experience or fitness level required. EVERYONE welcome!

Description: Lets learn the foundations of pole! Here you will learn the fundamental techniques that are essential for any poler to master. This class is open to complete beginners and those who want to keep on-top of the basics. In this class you can expect to learn

  • climbing
  • introductory pole shapes
  • introductory pole spins

What to bring: please bring water, shorts and a short sleeve t-shirt or sports bra

Requirements: NO experience or fitness level required. EVERYONE welcome!

Description: Join us for a mixed level pole tricks class! Anyone is welcome to attend, from complete first-time beginners all the way up to advanced! We will all be working on similar shapes and combos with adjustments based on your ability. In this class we will learn:

  • Shapes (from the floor for beginners, inversions for upper levels)
  • Transitions and combinations between different shapes
  • Pole flow and spins from the floor

If you want to work on any shapes or flow in heels once you have mastered them without, feel free to bring them to this class!

Requirements: Please attend this class if you can comfortably hold inverted shapes and are already comfortable performing 3+ move combinations up the pole.

Description: For more experienced polers! Join us and level up your tricks This class is for those who are ready for more challenging tricks and combinations. In this class you can expect -

  • Longer and exciting combinations up the pole
  • Challenging basework
  • Introduction to flips and drops
  • Power spins

Heels are welcome to be worn once you have mastered the tricks barefoot

Requirements: This class is suitable for high beginners to advanced students. Students should be confident in hands only spins on a static pole

Description: Spin with Emma! Unlike other pole tricks classes, the pole will be spinning! We will learn seamless transitions that incorporate interesting shapes and movements, all while controlling the speed of the spin!

What to bring: please bring water, shorts and a short sleeve t-shirt or sports bra

Pole Choreo

In Pole Choreo classes you will learn a short dance routine to music, with a new routine every week! We require a few pole tricks classes under your belt before attending to learn the foundational moves.

Requirements: Attend at least 4 Beginner Pole Tricks classes (or complete a 4-week beginner course) before attending

Description: This class is perfect for beginner dancers, offering a new mini routine every week to help you improve your technique, fluidity, and expression. This is a slower paced class where moves will be explained one at a time and in depth, rather than in larger chunks as in All Level Choreos, which gives you more time to refine your technique. Heels are always encouraged, but they're never mandatory.

What to bring: please bring water, knee pads & comfortable clothes you can move in. If you wish to wear heels, please bring pole specific heels that are not worn outside. For details on heels/kneepads, visit the FAQs page!

Requirements: Dancers must be confident in executing all basic pirouettes, spins, and foundational heel transitions.

Description: Take your pole dancing to the next level in this advanced choreography class designed for seasoned dancers ready to push boundaries. This session focuses on intricate edge work, dynamic kips, controlled twizzes, and seamless floorwork. Expect to explore complex sequences that demand strength, fluidity, and musicality.

What to bring: please bring water, knee pads & comfortable clothes you can move in. Heels are usually required for these choreos as they often contain edgework or kips.

Requirements: NO experience or fitness level required. EVERYONE welcome!

Description: Get grounded and glide in this all-levels class focused entirely on floor-based movement. Each week, you’ll learn a new choreo designed to explore basework, legwork, and slinky transitions, all while staying on the floor! No standing required and no pole required. Expect to roll, slide, and melt into the floor — knee pads required for comfort and safety. Whether you're in heels or socks, this class is perfect for anyone looking to develop fluidity and express themselves through low, controlled movement.

Requirements: This class is highly recommended to all levels! All capabilities welcome, no pole experience needed.

Description: Join us to strengthen and lengthen your muscles! This class will take you through an intense and effective stretching and bodyweight conditioning session that will strengthen your body and improve your flexibility on and off the pole!

What to bring: please bring water and comfortable clothes you can move in

Requirements: Attend at least 4 Beginner Pole Tricks classes (or complete a 4-week beginner course) before attending. Pole heels required!

Description: Designed for dancers who have already mastered the fundamentals of pole, this class focuses on refining and advancing your heel work through technical drills, heel tricks, seamless transitions, and mini flows. With a deeper breakdown of form, alignment, and muscle engagement, you’ll develop greater precision, control, and confidence in your movement. Perfect for those looking to level up their technique outside of choreography and fully embody the strength and fluidity that heels demand.

Requirements: Minimum attendance AT LEAST 4 pole tricks classes

Description: It's time to polish your existing skillset! These are self guided sessions for you to practice skills you have been previously taught in class. An insured instructor will be present at all times to ensure safe practice. This session allows for 2 people per pole.

4 Week Courses

We often run monthly 4-week structured courses that are a great alternative to our regular drop in classes! You must sign up to these before the first start date, and aim to be able to attend at least 3/4 classes to get the most out of your course.

Requirements: NO experience or fitness level required. EVERYONE welcome!

Description: Join Hope for a four week introduction to pole! This is for complete beginners who have never touched a pole before, or for anyone wanting to consolidate their beginner skills. You will learn the foundations of pole as we cover key areas such as climbs, seats and spins.

What to bring: please bring water & comfortable clothes you can move in. Prefereably a t-shirt and shorts so you have some skin grip on arms/legs.

Requirements: At least 4 Pole tricks classes attended.

Description: Never tried spin pole? This course is for you! Your spin journey begins! This course is for beginner polers with a little bit of static experience and are now ready to give spin pole a try! In this four week course, Medina will walk you through the foundations of spin pole. You will be transferring what you already know from static onto spin! You can expect climbs, seats and holds

What to bring: please bring water & comfortable clothes you can move in. Prefereably a t-shirt and shorts so you have some skin grip on arms/legs.
